At Wikia, I was a communication lead for the Consumer Team. I worked directly with product, design, and community support to provide community insight for projects and communicated upcoming product launches to the community.

New Sharing Options on Wikia

When we added new social sharing buttons to the Wikia layout, I helped communicate the changes to our community members with a blog post.

Layout Changes

In 2014, I helped the Consumer Product team A/B test and gather feedback about layout changes to Wikia's article pages. After gathering feedback and launching a prototype, I helped the Product Lead write a blog post explaining the changes to our community.
