BEC Sandwiches
Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich made a little green with some spinach. Toast your bread for an even more delicious crunch! I used ciabbata for this lil baby.
This BEC was made on sourdough and with TWO cheeses: pepperjack and sharp cheddar.
