Dutch Baby with Chocolate Bourbon Cream

Remember when I made chocolate bourbon cream puffs? Don't worry, I included the link just in case. Since I had a bunch of the chocolate bourbon whipped cream left over, I knew I needed to use it before it went bad! Lucky for me, I felt inspired when I woke up one morning, and I decided that it was time for a Dutch baby.

The recipe came from the best book ever: The Perfect Egg by Teri Lyn Fisher and Jenny Park.

I accidentally poured too much batter into my first one so it didn't bake through the right way. It puffed up nicely before sinking in the middle... It still tasted good though so I added a dollop of the whipped cream and some mint. It was like a Junior Mint pancake!
