Slow Cooker Pork

Ingredients:

  • Pork butt (I got about 2 lbs, bone-in)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Beef broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Coconut oil
  • Bay leaf
  • Garlic powder
  1. Brown the pork butt in a pan with coconut oil and then place in a slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients. I eyeballed it and only added enough liquid to come up about halfway up the pork butt. I think it was about half a cup of the vinegar and soy sauce, and then a cup of the broth. 
  2. Throw in garlic powder and a bay leaf and then set at Low for about 7 hours. Time will also depend on how much pork you have to cook! 
  3. Once it’s done, break it down with a fork and chow down.
