Slow Cooker Pork
- Pork butt (I got about 2 lbs, bone-in)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Beef broth
- Coconut oil
- Bay leaf
- Garlic powder
- Brown the pork butt in a pan with coconut oil and then place in a slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients. I eyeballed it and only added enough liquid to come up about halfway up the pork butt. I think it was about half a cup of the vinegar and soy sauce, and then a cup of the broth.
- Throw in garlic powder and a bay leaf and then set at Low for about 7 hours. Time will also depend on how much pork you have to cook!
- Once it’s done, break it down with a fork and chow down.
