Greek Yogurt, Orange, & Blueberry Toast
This recipe honestly came from a whim and because we had way too much Greek yogurt sitting in the fridge, but sometimes the best recipes happen that way!
We very rarely have fresh fruit in the house because weβre bad at remembering to eat it, then it goes bad, and then I feel bad wasting dollars and food all in one go. Since we had excess Greek yogurt and there were still some blueberries (we got a container the last time we were at Costco), I figured pairing them would be solidβ¦but then I thought yogurt bowls are so boring, letβs try something new.
So this is not so new, but new to me β and it was tasty! For some added protein, I threw on some hemp seeds that I have on hand for those days that I DO want a yogurt bowl. They taste like nothing basically but are good for you so π
